let us pray...
in the name of the Father, Son, and the holy spirit...

dear God,
we thank You for making this year' s annual family day a huge success and also letting us have a lot of fun today to kick start our june holidays.
we also thank You for letting us be able to cope today with the long and endless queue of customers and be able to overcome all the difficulties we faced today. it was very tough and we were all very anxious especially of the rain with the gyro gym, and also the lack of supplies and manpower for the nachos stall.. (or girlpower, but it sounds weird..) but we prayed and asked You for help and You helped us so we' re all very grateful.

we thank You, Lord, for letting the heavy rain clear up so we could continue with our business, knowing that a lot of people were waiting.. we also thank you for making all the members of two-five cooperate and also al doing their jobs properly and efficiently.

thank You for blessing us and watching over us always and not letting any accidents happen today. (although the operating guy for the gyro gym got hurt, at least it was just his finger..)

we also thank all those people in two-five who did extra shifts and also spent a lot of time at the stalls helping out even though it wasnt their shift. (especially sharon and ruo jun who stood in the sun for so long mending the gyro gym machine and timing. and also a lot of other people who helped wth the nachos stall..)
we want to thank especially the parent volunteers who helped us at the nachos and candy floss stall for being so kind to stay there with us for a very long time and also to explain to the customers about tthe nachos being sold out and all..

God, thank You for for making this day the best day I ever had since the beginning of the year and also for letting me have this experience that i will remember for many days to come.
thank you for taking care of us all today and i pray that the various charities that we are donating the money to um.. have enough money and also for the children (i presume..) of these charities that they will have enough daily necessities.. and stuff..

lastly i pray that there wont be any more cases of the latest influenze A H1N1 disease that many have died of. and that the people who have already contracted the disease have a speedy recovery. may all of us stay clean and hygienic at all times so this pandemic will be over.

i make this (very very long) prayer in Jesus' name,
Amen.
